He started as an 'A' Class Government Contractor in the year 2000 and has since completed numerous commercial, residential, and industrial buildings with excellence in quality and timely completion. Latheesh's dedication to perfection has won him accolades and admiration from clients across the state.

Radhakrishnan P, Director, retired from the State Government service in 2018 as an Assistant Executive Engineer with over 35 years of experience in the field of civil engineering. He has contributed significantly to our entity with his vast knowledge and expertise in every aspect of civil engineering. Radhakrishnan's extensive experience allows him to anticipate potential problems and develop effective solutions quickly, ensuring that our projects run smoothly.

Adarsh AR, Director, represents the young blood in our entity at the age of 31. He previously worked with the reputed construction company of the State in infrastructure development, M/s. Uralungal Labour Contract Co-op Society Ltd. In his short span of profession, Adarsh has designed and constructed numerous contemporary-style houses and other buildings. His innovative designs and modern construction methods have earned him an outstanding reputation in the industry.
